Shrub planting requires written board approval and must meet the following requirements: not planted within 10 feet of the outer electric line of any electric easement in order to maintain ease of access for public maintenance, native or naturlaized, non-invasive, disease & pest resistant, and does not interfere with or hang over roofs or other HOA structures, including roof gutters. Any shrub planted becomes property of the Forest Condominium Association and is subject to any care the board deems necessary. Note that any vendor hired to maintain landscaping of the Forest will follow the trimming and care rules determined by the board. Environmentally suitable shrubs are listed as follows:
